The Challenge

You have a goal of reducing operating costs, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and employee productivity. You know building a speech recognition solution will achieve these goals, but who do you partner with, what technology do you use and how can you possibly stay within budget?

The Solution

LumenVox. Our speech recognition technology is the building block of your successful speech solution, and we have helped hundreds of call centers, VoiceXML (VXML) platform providers, IVR developers, system integrators and IP-PBX vendors achieve their goals. We also happen to offer the most affordable speech technology in the industry, and give you hands-on training, post-deployment tools and excellent customer service to assure your success.

The Products

The Speech Engine is an accurate, standards-based speech recognizer that supports multiple languages and can perform speech recognition on audio data from any audio source. On Linux or Windows, the Speech Engine powers speech solutions and platforms deployed in Enterprise and SMB environments worldwide.
The Speech Platform is an intuitive GUI-based toolkit to quickly build speech applications, and includes all of the components you need to produce, adjust, and maintain your speech solutions.
Use the Speech Tuner to perform instant grammar testing and speech application tuning and testing in-house and avoid costly professional service fees. Even better, it's free when you purchase the Speech Engine.

In what environments does our software work?

LumenVox provides core speech recognition technology - our Speech Engine - which is real-time and speaker independent. This means that it works for any speaker immediately, without having to be trained for each individual voice. The primary purpose of this is for telephony applications or a telephone-based architecture.

In other words, our Speech Engine can be incorporated into an application that interacts with people over the telephone. This includes cellular, VoIP, and digital or analog telephones. It can also be incorporated into alternative devices, such as specialized hand-held radios.

In most cases it is used in a dialog type application, where the user is answering questions as prompted by the application or speaking commands to reach a desired goal.

LumenVox is doing an exceptional job in promoting speech recognition; with their commitment to excellence, LumenVox has helped VClarity achieve higher standards in delivering an enterprise VoiceXML platform with speech-enabled capabilities.
