Collection of Your Personal

We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with LumenVox sites and services. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses. When you receive newsletters or promotional email from LumenVox, we may use web beacons (described below), customized links or similar technologies to determine whether the email has been opened and which links you click in order to provide you more focused email communications or other information.
In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with LumenVox, information collected through one LumenVox service may be combined with information obtained through other LumenVox service. We may also supplement the information we collect with information obtained from other companies. For example, we may use services from other companies that enable us to derive a general geographic area based on your IP address in order to customize certain services to your geographic area.
Use of Your Personal Information
LumenVox collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve its sites and deliver the services or carry out the transactions you have requested. These uses may include providing you with more effective customer service; making the sites or services easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information; performing research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies; and displaying content and advertising that are customized to your interests and preferences.

Some LumenVox services, such as Technical support and Marketing, may send periodic member letters that are considered part of the service. Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose your personal information outside of LumenVox and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent. LumenVox does not share your contact information with third parties for marketing
We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on LumenVox; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of LumenVox (including the enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of LumenVox services or members of the public.
Accessing Your Personal Information
You may have the ability to view or edit your personal information online. In order to help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you will be required to sign in with your logins (email address and password). The appropriate method(s) for accessing your personal information will depend on which sites or services you have used. Controlling “Spam” or Unsolicited Email
LumenVox is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial email, or “spam.” LumenVox has a strict Anti-Spam Policy. LumenVox will not sell, lease or rent its email subscriber lists to third parties. While LumenVox continues to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited email. If you choose to receive information from us, each message will also include instructions on how to “unsubscribe” from future mailings should you wish to cancel.

Collection and Use of Children’s Personal Information
Many LumenVox sites and services are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Please note that if you grant consent for your child to use LumenVox services, this will include such general audience communication services with other users of all ages. We encourage you to talk with your children about communicating with strangers and disclosing personal information online.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Use of Web Beacons
LumenVox Web pages may contain electronic images known as web beacons — sometimes called single-pixel gifs — that may be used to assist in delivering cookies on our sites and allow us to count users who have visited those pages. We may include Web beacons in promotional email messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
LumenVox may also employ web beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics and determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns. We prohibit web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect or access your personal information.
LumenVox provides a contact form on each page of the website. Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
If you would like to receive the LumenVox newsletter, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. You can revoke consent to the storage of your data and email address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. through the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription when said data will be deleted. Data we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members’ area) remain unaffected.
LumenVox uses the services of Campaign Monitor to send newsletters. If you provide data (e.g. your email address) to subscribe to our newsletter, it will be stored on Campaign Monitor servers.
We use Campaign Monitor to analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent by Campaign Monitor, a file included in the email (called a web beacon) connects to Campaign Monitor’s servers. This allows us to determine if a newsletter message has been opened and which links you click on. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type, and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to a specific recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of our newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better tailor future newsletters to your interests.
If you do not want your usage of the newsletter to be analyzed by Campaign Monitor, you will have to unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a link in every newsletter we send.

The LumenVox website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.
If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
