Jim Blake, Chief Product Officer, came to LumenVox in 1999 after studying Computer Science at Coleman University. In his tenure at LumenVox, Jim has designed and implemented complete IVR solutions, has gained extensive database experience designing and implementing a distributed multi-terabyte database system to handle personal user information, call center integration, accounting integration, marketing data, and reporting as well as creating numerous high availability distributed architecture solutions and managing a data center with over 200 servers.
