The presence of any log that starts with the word "Exceptions" indicates that there was an exception in some piece of LumenVox code, and should be treated with concern. Since exceptions logs contain information intended only for LumenVox engineers, it is generally not possible to gleam much information from their contents. If you are troubleshooting an issue and see exceptions logs, it is a good idea to contact LumenVox Support for help in understanding the cause of the exception.
