Critical Logs

The most important LumenVox log file is one called lumenvox_critical.txt. This is a special log that only contains critical errors. These are errors that would be likely to cause serious problems for a production system, such as when the speech client cannot connect to any speech servers. Since lumenvox_critical.txt will only be written if there are critical errors, its mere existence is indicative that the system has experienced a critical error at some point. Anytime a lumenvox_critical.txt log file exists, it should be the first log you read when troubleshooting problems.
