LumenVox 14.1 Now Available

LumenVox is excited to announce Version 14.1.100 that will be available for general release on January 11, 2016.

Highlights of this release include a completely new diagnostic interface which has been built into the browser-based LumenVox Dashboard. The new interface makes system configuration much more intuitive and provides powerful analytical tools for system configuration and operability. The improved Dashboard provides great ease of use for troubleshooting and management and allows users to filter setting classifications based on Basic, Intermediate or Advanced options.

LumenVox 14.0 Now Available

LumenVox is excited to announce Version 14.0 which will be available on September 25, 2015. The most significant updates for Version 14.0 include:

  • Support for Brazilian Portuguese in both the ASR and Speech Tuner. This enhances our ability to address the Brazilian market. LumenVox introduced Brazilian text-to-speech in 2012.
  • New reporting feature to provide warnings detected during grammar loading. These are issues that previously were insufficient to trigger a grammar loading error, so may have previously gone unnoticed.
  • LumenVox has modified the Phonetic Speller in the Speech Tuner to correctly process multi-word phrases.
