Call Progress Analysis (CPA)
LumenVox Call Progress Analysis Technical Summary
The hardware resources required by the LumenVox Call Progress Analysis feature are similar to that of our Speech Recognizer. This is simply because it is our Recognizer running in a special mode, which does require a special license. Please speak to your LumenVox Sales Representative for more information.
The main variables in determining hardware are the total number of simultaneous channels of recognition. For production telephony systems, LumenVox recommends a modern server running a 64-bit operating system with 4-8 CPU cores and 6 GB of RAM.
