Technical support from LumenVox is not included for free with the purchase of Speech Engine licenses. Installation support
of the LumenVox Speech Engine on Asterisk is provided by Digium Support (call 877-LINUX-ME, x6161 or e-mail support@digium.com).
For more advanced technical issues, including help troubleshooting your speech application, LumenVox support contracts are
available at $175/hour with a minimum two-hour purchase.
Bulk rates are available: 5 hours for $750 or 10 hours for $1400.
