The Speech Engine is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with: Avaya Communication
Manager 4.0 with Voice Portal 4.0 and IR 3.0. The tests were performed using Media Resource
Control Protocol (MRCP) version 1 as a method of communication between the Avaya platforms and
the Speech Engine.
The Speech Engine is licensed per channel or simultaneous use of a speech recognition resource. The Speech Tuner is included at no cost when you purchase the Speech Engine.
There are two versions of the LumenVox Speech Engine:
Speech Engine Lite is licensed for up to 500 pronunciations per interaction.

For technical issues, including help troubleshooting your speech application, LumenVox support contracts are available at $175/hour with a minimum two-hour purchase.
