The tests were performed using Media Resource Control Protocol (MRCP) version 1 as a method of communication between the Avaya platforms and the Speech Engine.

Licensing

The Speech Engine is licensed per channel or simultaneous use of a speech recognition resource. The Speech Tuner is included at no cost when you purchase the Speech Engine.

There are two versions of the LumenVox Speech Engine:

Speech Engine Lite is licensed for up to 500 pronunciations per interaction.
