San Diego, CA (MARCH 19, 2014) — LumenVox and Avaya announced today that the Avaya Professional Services team is the latest development organization to earn LumenVox Skills Certification.
The program, created last year, further enables Avaya Professional Services to create innovative and affordable speech automation solutions by incorporating LumenVox technology into Avaya's contact center, unified communications and collaboration platforms.
Avaya is a major global provider of integrated solutions for enterprise contact centers, and is the second company to successfully complete the LumenVox Skills Certification program. The curriculum consists of several training classes followed by extensive interviews and examinations that demonstrate a partner's knowledge, skills, and experience in building high-quality and reliable speech solutions.

LumenVox has been a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program since 2007, and has undergone several rounds of successful compliance testing for its software with Avaya Experience Portal. The Avaya DevConnect program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of innovative third-party solutions that are compatible with standards-based Avaya solutions.
