On May 16, 2013, Interactive Northwest became the first LumenVox partner to acquire "LumenVox Skills Certification." The certification program was created to ensure delivery of high quality speech solutions based on the LumenVox speech automation suite. Every client can expect consistent service and technical knowledge from the solutions developed by LumenVox certified partners.
LumenVox Skills Certified Partners are trained in LumenVox technology, have passed a hands on test that demonstrates knowledge and skills in building a speech application, and are educated and familiar with the LumenVox support process to ensure quick response times should an issue arise.
