LumenVox Receives Speech Technology
Excellence Award

San Diego, CA (MAY 10, 2005) — LumenVox, an innovator of speech recognition technology, announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC) Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine has named LumenVox's Speech Engine as a recipient of the 2006 Speech Technology Excellence Award.

"With the addition of new acoustic models in the latest version of our Speech Engine, LumenVox technology is now positioned as the premier choice for developers requiring high-accuracy speech recognition performance in an affordable, full featured software solution. We are honored, then, that Customer Inter@ction Solutions® has recognized this innovation, and we are pleased to receive this award," said Ed Miller, president of LumenVox.

"Speech technology is becoming more prevalent — not only in telephony–based applications, but also in hand–held computers, kiosks and mobile applications. The 2006 Speech Technology Excellence award winners give their customers a competitive advantage over contact centers failing to embrace speech solutions," said Nadji Tehrani, Executive Group Publisher and Editor–in–Chief of Customer Inter@ction Solutions.

The Speech Technology Excellence Awards is published in the April 2006 issue of Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine.
