LumenVox to Demonstrate Speech Recognition Software at SpeechTEK

San Diego, CA (JULY 5, 2005) — LumenVox, an innovator in speech recognition technology, announced today that they will be demonstrating their suite of speech recognition products at the upcoming SpeechTEK show, to be held August 1 — 4, 2005 at the New York Marriott Marquis. These demonstrations will be held both within the conference program, and in LumenVox's exhibit space, Booth 804.

LumenVox's Speech Engine will be showcased as part of SpeechTEK's panel entitled "Speech Engine Technical Review — Speech Recognition Engines," taking place on Monday, August 1 st from 10 am — 12 noon. This demonstration will focus on specific features that the Speech Engine possesses, along with specific examples of how these features have improved customer satisfaction. The Speech Tuner will be demonstrated in the session "Accelerating Time–to–Market" on Tuesday, August 2nd from 1pm — 3pm. This demonstration will illustrate how companies can perform in–house tuning, testing, and transcription work for their speech applications created on either the LumenVox, Nuance 8.5, or ScanSoft OSR platforms. Paid conference attendees will be provided access to these sessions.

LumenVox representatives will offer these same presentations within their exhibit space in booth 804 of the tradeshow floor. Expo hall attendees can view one of the presentations every half–hour throughout the 2-day exposition.

The Speech Platform will also be available for attendees to test at LumenVox's booth space: participants can experience a contained speech application in the noisy environment of a buzzing exhibit hall. This pizza–ordering application was built on LumenVox's Speech Platform, using both the Speech Engine and Intel's HMP software, and tuned with the Speech Tuner.
