Enterprise Integration Group Announces LumenVox's Speech Tuner in Classes

San Ramon, CA and San Diego, CA (MAR 8, 2005) — Enterprise Integration Group, Inc. (EIG) (www.eiginc.com) announced today the introduction of LumenVox's Speech Tuner into EIG's Speech Application: Planning, Voice User Interface Design, and Tuning courses.

EIG's course is for speech recognition application designers, project managers, and developers to learn how to plan and design proven speech telephony solutions for customer contact centers and web self–service applications. EIG's next workshop is in San Diego, CA on March 21–25, 2005. Registration and additional detail is available at http://www.eiginc.com/workshop.htm.

LumenVox's Speech Tuner is a complete maintenance tool that allows end–users, value–added resellers, and platform providers to perform tuning, and testing of any speech–driven application created on multiple ASR platforms. The Tuner enables speech application tuning, parameter testing, grammar testing, version upgrade testing, and transcription. With this GUI–based tool, companies developing speech applications on various ASR platforms can bring speech application tuning in-house and avoid professional service fees.

"The Speech Tuner is an excellent fully integrated tool for improving speech applications," states Bruce Balentine, Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist at EIG. "LumenVox is on the cutting edge of speech technologies and customer satisfaction by supporting not only their own speech engine, but other leaders in the industry as well."

"We are excited that a company such as EIG has embraced our technology," states Keith Herold, Lead Speech Recognition Engineer. "The people at EIG have been very forthcoming in providing us with quality feedback on how we could improve the Speech Tuner to meet customers' needs."

Enterprise Integration Group specializes in human factors design and best practices to improve customer service.
