LumenVox Named Winner in The Sixth Annual
Users Choice Awards

San Diego, CA (JULY 1, 2004) — LumenVox has been named the winner in The Sixth Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by CRMAdvocate. The company's Speech Platform was entered in the category of Speech Solutions for CRM.

The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end user. Awards will be presented throughout 2004 representing applications and services in the areas of Contact Center, Sales, Marketing, Service/Support and CRM Suites.

LumenVox's Speech Platform is an intuitive GUI development tool to rapidly create speech enabled applications and IVRs. It is the foundation of numerous applications including market surveys, order taking, order status, account information, auto–attendants, password resets, and shipment tracking. Chris Lotspeich, Director of Marketing at LumenVox states, "Being a winner of this award means that users of LumenVox's products have seen our quality and want to recognize us for it."

In there sixth year, the Users Choice Awards were the first CRM awards to utilize the users as the judges to identify the products providing the most value. RealMarket was an original founder of the awards and now serves as the program administrator. "In these days where proving ROI is imperative, there is no greater testimony than this.
