enGenic Selects LumenVox's Speech
Recognition Software

San Diego, CA and Vancouver, BC (SEPT 29, 2003) — enGenic Corporation (www.engenic.com) today announced the incorporation of LumenVox's (www.LumenVox.com) Speech Recognition technology into their award winning TeleFlow® 2003 product.

TeleFlow® 2003 is a voice application development suite designed to remove the complexity of building voice solutions — call management, interactive voice response (IVR), voicemail, call centers, computer telephony integration (CTI), and voice portals — by encapsulating complex functions into simple–to–understand icons within a flowchart–based development environment.

"LumenVox's corporate and product strategy is right in sync with us," states Vern Baker, President of enGenic Corporation. "They have created speech recognition products that are easy to code with and GUI–based tools, such as the new Speech Tuner that greatly simplifies post–deployment maintenance."

"Through the partnership with enGenic, we have strengthened our standing by working with a company that has years of experience in the development and deployment of speech applications," states Chris Lotspeich, Director of Marketing at LumenVox. "We are excited to work with a company that is as highly regarded as enGenic."
