TeleFlow® 2003 is a voice application development suite designed to remove the complexity of building voice solutions – call management, interactive voice response (IVR), voicemail, call centers, computer telephony integration (CTI), and voice portals – by encapsulating complex functions into simple-to-understand icons within a flowchart-based development environment.
