LumenVox, a developer of speech recognition development toolkits, today announced a strategic partnership with NeoSpeech, a provider of speech technologies for hand-held, desktop and network/server applications. Under the terms of the partnership LumenVox will work with NeoSpeech's VoiceTEXT™ technology as a value add for LumenVox's Speech Platform.

LumenVox's Speech Platform is a powerful speech application toolkit that sports an intuitive GUI interface that allows developers to quickly and easily design their call flow. Through dlls the Speech Platform can access any database to either obtain or enter in various types of information pertinent to the caller.

VoiceTEXT™ generates high-quality, natural sounding human voices from text input. The technology is available in configurations for a wide range of hand-held devices, desktop and network/server applications.
