T-Metrics Incorporates LumenVox's Speech Recognition

T-Metrics (www.tmetrics.com) today announced the incorporation of LumenVox's Speech Recognition technology into their Speech Enabled Auto Attendant.
T-Metrics fronts their TM-2000 ACD with speech recognition that will answer calls and ask the caller to speak the name or department they wish to reach, which allows for the number of calls that can be handles to greatly increase.
