Alston Tascom will be speech enabling their Tascom Evolution product. Tascom Evolution is a digital telephony switch with an advanced IVR and ACD, which also provides fully integrated voice mail and voice logging capabilities. Through the partnership with LumenVox, Alston Tascom will now offer their customers speech recognition.
