Job Description - Software Engineer/IVR Developer

Work on developing and maintaining software systems in the ever-changing field of speech recognition, with an emphasis on computer to telephony interface software and drivers.

Responsibilities

Program primarily in C++
Work effectively within a small team of developers to create, improve and maintain applications that use speech recognition technology
Responsible for design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems
Interact with customer support, QA and marketing teams to identify new features and potential bugs
Full life cycle development including new development, design, maintenance etc.

Knowledge

Solid programming experience in C/C++, specifically OOP, runtime analysis, and design
Experience with IVR systems and computer telephony integration (CTI)
Able to transfer technical knowledge to peers and management, as well as novices
Able to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple interrelated systems
4+ years experience in software development
